I started trainiing with Curt when my twin babies were almost a year old. I couldn't lose those last ten pounds as easily as I had with my first baby. I'd tried everything on my own already. I was eating right, but I just seemed to have hit a plateau. I could never get to the gym because I was either busy with work or the kids, and something else always came up. After one month of training with Curt three times a week, I hit my pre-pregnancy weight, and was more toned than I'd ever been. It was so much easier to work out when I had made appointments and commited myself. It wasn't as easy to blow it off. I became a priority. I felt so good about myself again! I've continued strength training with Curt three times a week. Not only am I healthier and in better shape than I've ever been, but I have three hours per week that I cherish because they're just about me. Curt is not like alot of trainers who spend the whole sixty minutes of your time gossiping and hanging out. He'll spend the whole sixty minutes concentrated on you and your work out. I get every penney's worth and then some with Curt.
